What is the best lipstick colour for pale skin, light brown hair and green eyes?

I'm not keen on pastel shades, I prefer dramatic colours but don't want to look silly. I tend to wear darker colours, (wear my black coat and beret now it's colder.)What is the best lipstick colour for pale skin, light brown hair and green eyes?

a red shade on your lips is always great with black clothing. it brings the attention to your face and brings a glamour look out of you.
Depends on how you wear your eye make-up..if you wear light color on your eyes go with a darker shade of lipstick....and if you wear a darker shade on your eyes wear a lighter color on your lips..
Wheel I think the best choice is red one, but not clearly red, a little more darker red.
try a light pink or mauve color, you could probably pull off a red too!
