What is the best lipstick to use to get a subtle color?

under $15 and red? can i get a brand name and store? What is the best lipstick to use to get a subtle color?
You can get a good quality one from Target for as low as 5 or so dollers. I would suggest Revlon on Cover Girl. Also try to opt out for lipsticks with mousturizers in them to you dont get that cracky lipstick look. You can even get higher quality at a department store such as Macy's or Dillards and walk right up to a counter like MAC, Lancome or Clinique and tell them exactly what you want and they can tell you what shade is best for your complexion. Most are around your price limit! Good Luck, but keep in mind you can never go wrong with classy red lips! What is the best lipstick to use to get a subtle color?
hmmm try a MAC store or counter their makeup is the best! they have many many colors for what you're looking for. just ask one of the artists to help you pick out the type of color you want... and you can try them on too to make sure you like it!
I don't know if you're looking for lipstick...or if lip gloss would work because Bath and Body works has the ULTIMATE lip glosses...C.O.bigelow...in different tints. Mint flavored...amazing! like 6 bucks!
Actually you can get a sheer effect by using a lip brush with any lipstick.
CVS. In the makeup department.
